I mean, it does not even have a section for the appearance.
Bount Dolls have 2 forms. Depending on the level of the user, there is:
- Initial Form - Fusion or Independent
- Core Form
Also, they have a medium which is like a Zanpaktou in its sealed form.
So, instead of this:

[b]Summoning Phrase:[/b] (The phrase used to summon the Doll from the Medium. Some Bounto have one, some don't.)
[b]Manifestation Type:[/b] (Fusion or Independent)
[b]Manifestation Description:[/b] (Obvious)
[b]Ability:[/b] (Obvious)
[b]Core Form Description:[/b] (Core form is when the Doll takes form of some weapon.)
[b]Core Form Ability:[/b] (Obvious)
[b]Techniques:[/b]
Of course, Core Form should be for Elite only.
And Bounto can't have two Dolls last time I checked.
