Among the cherry blosoms....

Twilight had fallen, the dark blue sky was dotted with bright stars and a full luminous moon that held a soft yellow glow. The night was warm and a drizzle of rain washed down onto the cherry blossom orchid. Petals of pink swirled from there branches in a silent but beautiful motion onto the lush green grass. It looked as if nothing could disturb the perfect scenery that hugged a small part of mother earth. The rain came to a stop and left behind a slight mist.

Nothing pleased Mai more than the beauty of nature, the beauty dulled her senses but still kept her alert taking in everything around her. Her uniquely blended green eyes looked on at the pink shower that played around her, she smiled as they landed on her damp hair and face covering her body. Mai Senju ran her fingers through her damp silky brown hair and sighed happily, Her legs were crossed as she sat in the soft grass that was covered in Sakura Petals. It had been some time since she had been back to this place,after all these years you's think she had forgotten what her life was like when she was alive, but no those memories fueled her to move forward and be as strong as she can be. Stretching a bit she stood up and smiled to herself picking petals off oh her skin and clothes.

Under the moon everything seemed as though it were all right and that nothing were amissed, yet that was a misconception, through his movements it seemed that he had the pleasure of meeting an arrancar, here of all places and she was tending to flowers and plants, he could tell by the reitsu given off by her presence. Mugen smirked as he came out of the mist, stepping seemingly on thin air, the rain was beautiful yet it faded too quickly. Mugen was an ex-soul reaper, having been betrayed by the very same people he fought with, he had sworn vengence against the soul society, yet he was still able to enjoy the pleasures of travel and that was exactly what he was doing now, and to his surprise he meets an arrancar. Wearing a red shirt with cargo shorts, he moved silently. Then, with his zanpaktou on his back, he raised his right hand and gripped his zanpaktou with his left, "Well, it look like this just isn't the day for you huh arrancar? well, atleast if you let it, your death with be swift and painless. However, we can do this any way you want to sweetheart.With his right hand he gathered reitsu, the gathering reitsu soon took shape and color, its purple show glistened as it reflected off the water particles of the mist. He then pointed two fingers at the arrancar and allow for it to fire off, rippling through the mist to hit the unsuspecting and stretching arrancar.

Everything was beautiful on this night,but nothing lasts forever. The petals of the cherry blossoms continued to rain down as if nothing had change, but it did she could feel it and a strong shudder climbed down her spine. She did not have her weapon with her and the presence that she felt was not a friendly one,her guard was up as she heard a voice speak and then she felt the air pressure around her shift in an uncomfortable way. Without thinking she quickly sonidoed to the top of a skarua tree that was at least a mile from where she stood previously,standing on the branch of the tree she frowned to herself and called out. " Whoever you are..Please do not attack me...I have no way of defending myself at this time....And I am sure we can work out what ever problem it is... she did a quick sweep of the area with her eyes and kept her guard up,listening and waiting her mind racing, she did not know who would want to harm her but she sure as hell would find out soon. Wearing a black kimono and nothing on her feet Mai stood atop the branch her usually peach skin now a deathly pale.

Mugen smirked, it seemed that she had survived his cero after all, and from the feel of her reitsu it seemed she used some technique to gain distance away from him atleats by a good amount of distance. 'Shes decently fast, and able to travel far in such a short amount of time.....hmm.' Sighing he walked up, literally, he just walked up a pretty good distance away from the ground and luckily over the mist as it usually hangs close to the ground. Then he heard an echo scattering around the empty area, bouncing off of objects and eventually the sound reached him. 'hmmm?' He listened closely, the sound of a woman it seemed, she wanted him to avoid attacking her and that she had no way to defend....he could only laugh at the situation, for such an arrancar to actually live this long is suprising. He ran his left hand through his hair and sighed and he then rubbed his neck with it. "Well.....arrancar.......I'm not too much in a mood to let you go, you see its our destiny to fight it out here. And besides, how many souls will you devour, how many people will lose their lives while you remain alive? I don't really know nor do I care."

With his right hand, though it was still smoking a little from when he fired off his cero, he removed his zanpaktou from its hilt as with his left hand he held the hilt down as he did so. He shook his head, he was a tad bit disappointed at the arrancar for not knowing the basics of their own spiritual powers and that of their zanpaktou's. "You know, its actually pathetic that you don't know the own fundamentals of having a zanpaktou....and you claim to wield the powers of a Soul Reaper....." He took a quick feel for her spiritual pressure, sensing its location, exact or otherwise. "....You know, your worse than Soul Reapers, and your worse than hollows. So I'm going to kill you here, because It'll set free your soul." With that said, and her spiritual pressure sensed out, Mugen used a shun-po, appearing above her, rather quickly as the result of performing atleast 4 different flash steps, dropping down fast with his zanpaktou poised to slice into her. He held a stern and solemn expression as he brought his blade to strike into her.

OOC: You never said, where above her exactly did you appear.

Out of a sudden, at the moment of the re-appearance of the man with the red shirt, an odd sound could be heard. It was the sound of the gentle wind changing and rushing forwards in a attempt to strike at the foes of its master. In the form of a serpent, the snake, a concentrated mixture of wind and reiatsu moved across the area. Swift and quite fast, the serpent would have arrived, at the moment when the blade was only two meters away from its target. It was not meant to strike the male or the female, this serpent had a thing for tools and weapons. Hardly noticeable, it would have moved around the blade, wrapping its slimy looking body around it. Mixed with quite the reiatsu, the creature of wind was capable of even resisting the sword, not allowing to cut trough.

A few meters away, five or four, standing on air, a figure with glasses was. With a psychotic look on his face and a huge grin, the gentle eyes of this man glanced at the sight right in front of him. "Not so fast bitch. That girl is of use to me, can't have you cutting her in half." As he spoke, with a devious voice, the Bounto released even more wind mixed with his reiatsu, molding it and twisting it among his left hand, while from the sleeve of his right one the snake came out. His appearance, if you wanna know how it looked, just check the damn application for the Doll and the character itself.

She had lived a long life and even after death she lived on, but nothing last forever or does it?. She heard his voice before he did anything and she automatically locked onto his raiatsu, spotting him quickly she almost choked,but keeping her calm she waited for him. she knew she was taking a chance by waiting but she did and soon enough he appeared right above her she felt the air above her shift as he appeared and then she saw the blade. Her forest green eyes that faded into a jade green lowered and she decided it would be best to fall from the tree rather then sonido away. At this moment in time she had dropped from the tree, and quickly grabbed the branch, she would then swing on the branch once and bring her whole body weight around kicking him from behind. It was there and then she noticed the man with the crazed look in his eyes,she quickly saw he was trying to protect her. The kick she had landed on the man would probably not had landed ,she realised if it were not for this man. Looking at both of them she felt fear settling over her and did not like the fact the man with the snake needed her, she did not even know this man and decided it would be a good time to get away while the man the she kicked off the sakura tree. Was down. Nodding to the man with the snake she Sonidod away from the scene and disappeared into the fading night.

There seemed to be someone bold enough to interfere and judging by the reitsu that was being released it seemed that the wind was its power, what a coincidence, it was his too. He smirked, releasing a quick burst of high pressure wind, not to stop the coming serpent of wind but to of course move himself. With the burst he avoided the snakes attack, or rather it was more of a subduction, with a quick tuck and spin maneuver. Though it seemed the snake meant no harm; he wasn't in the mood to let such a move take his blade. Mugen sighed as he looked a few meters away, there was a man he didn't have the reitsu of a human or arrancar or even a shinigami which meant he had to be a bount....he sighed as he stood still and waited, fully aware of what the arrancar was up to, as she swung around the branch she would've had a kick on him if he had done nothing to prevent such a move.

Mugen raised his opposite hand, opposite of the right one which was holding the zanpaktou which would be his left. The rapid movement of his hand, almost as if tell her to halt, would actually be the works of his power with the burst of a thick wind reitsu would've been aimed to hit the woman hard, momentarily halting or slowing her in some kinda way, with the sudden air pressure being almost as if she ran into a hard wall. With that he would've used a shun-po to immediately appear just behind the woman grabbing her head with his free hand and charged a cero with his hand gripped against her head he looked to the bounto. "And what need would you have for this arrancar? What do you seep that low as to enjoy an arrancar woman??" Mugen smirked his zanpaktou gripped firmly in his right hand, the blade poised on her right side to stab into her chest at the slightest hint of an attempt to escape.

His position seemed to only be slightly different that it was when he was attempting his attack on the woman, maybe about 5 meters away from the spot. He charged a reitsu plateu to stand on the air, though he didn't have to use the normal amount other soul reapers would need too, as he mixed his with wind. And judging by the looks of it, it seemed that this bount was also able to do such a move. 'What a coincidence that we would meet in such a place...especially with both of us being able to utilize wind.' Mugen kept a solemn expression about his face as he held the arrancar by the head.

OOC: Calling a hit. Since you never mentioned releasing your Zanpaktou, you are not able to dodge my attack by manipulating wind into your advantage. My snake catches your sword and the kick hits yo.

The psychotic Bounto, with a grin on his face, watched his serpents grabbing the sword of his foe and halting it. Then, out of a sudden, the girl moved, swiftly aiming a kick at the Shinigami or whatever he was. The force of it would move him a meter to the left, away from the Bounto, who still kept a grip over the sword of his foe. This hit wasn't so powerful, it would have made a bruise on the already ugly face of the weirdo. Not wanting a long and exhausting fight, the Bounto decided to kill this man as quickly as possible. Suddenly, the snake which was around the mans sword started to move, going straight for the neck of the man who was now a bit uglier than he was before. With its wide mouth opened, two razor sharp and quite long teeth shot out, going towards the soft tissue of the man who stud in front of the Bounto.

OOC: Three days passed, connecting my hit and making a short post/exit.

The snake reached the neck of its target, bitting hard and quite a force, suffocating the man and piercing trough his veins and arteries with its sharp fangs. The battle was over and the victor was obvious. Pulling his hand backwards, the Bount commanded the snake to deliver the body to him, which she did. Quickly, the Bount devoured the man, gaining quite a power boost. "Ho-ho. Now I can use new abilities, this really was a nice trip." After saying that, the black haired man vanished in a gust of wind.
