Technique Rules and Template

Okay. You are all allowed to start with 3 techniques [ Generous btw ], but if you wanna add in more techniques, you must pay for them with your points. 20 points each tech you add and you gotta do training of 1k to get them. You might say unfair, but that is why you are allowed 3 starting techs.

In case some of the templates are missing the technique template or anything like that. Here it is.

Code:

Name: What is the name of the technique?
Level: This is only for shinigami zanpakuto. If you are making a zanpakuto technique, Shi Kai or Ban Kai?
Types: Offense? Defense?
Effect: What happens when you use the technique? Any appearance change?

Duration/Post Usage: How many posts does it last for?
Preparation Posts/Charge: Do you need to wait a post or so in order to use the technique?
Cool Down: How many posts before you can use it again?

The level is only if you are making a Zanpakuto technique and have both Ban Kai and Shi Kai.
